Alvina grew up on a farm in rural Wisconsin where she learned a strong work ethic. During her working years, she was a food service manager in the Florida Public School System. Alvina enjoyed cooking and baking, knitting, needlework and quilting. Having a giving heart, she was a volunteer and donated much of her time to her church and to politics, which she enjoyed. Most of all, Alvina loved her family and will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Edwin Judycki; and several brothers and sisters.
Alvina is survived by her son, Allan Judycki and wife Emmale of Nixa, Missouri; Emmale’s children and sons, Chris Griffith of Springfield, Missouri, Curtis Griffith and wife Missy of Wichita, Kansas; two sisters, Elaine Oldham of Pompano Beach, Florida, Florence Fischer and husband Dennis of Wausau, Wisconsin; a brother, Lyle Cardinal and wife Linda of Branson West, Missouri; as well as several nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held 2:00 pm Monday, March 13, 2017, at the X Center (Nixa Parks) in the James Room, 701 N. Taylor Way, Nixa, Missouri 65714. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Good Shepherd Hospice- Springfield office www.goodshepherdhospice.com/donations.
