Barbara earned her PHD in Sociology, a Masters Degree in Nursing and was a Family Nurse Practitioner. She enjoyed doing crafts of all sorts and gardening. Barbara painted rocks and glass flowers for her family. She also enjoyed genealogy research and scrap-booking. Barbara enjoyed reading and was actively involved in AA for several years. Most of all, she loved spending time with her granddaughters and doing projects with them. Always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone in need, Barbara dearly loved her family and always wanted the best for them.
She was preceded in death by her father, Bob Hinkle; her step-feather, Kenneth Villines; a sister, Tonia Villines; and a brother, Gary Villines.
Barbara is survived by three sons, Marshall Waters of Springfield, Missouri, Zach Waters of Hollister, Missouri, and Shawn Cutburth of Belton, Missouri; her granddaughters, Shawnee Cutburth, Sydni Cutburth, and Samantha Cutburth, all of Belton, Missouri, Faith Waters of North Carolina; her mother, Rachael Villines of Harrison, Arkansas; a sister, Renee Baker of Harrison, Arkansas; two brothers, Wayne Villines of Galena, Missouri, Ronnie Hinkle of Oregon; and her partner in life, Lester Schuyler of Arkansas.
