A caring man, Arvin was a Jehovah’s Witness and served as an Elder for many years before his illness. Arvin was a member of the congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses in Branson, Missouri. He worked as a master mechanic, had a passion for old cars and also enjoyed old cars. Arvin will be dearly missed for his uplifting words from the Bible.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a son, Larry Walters; three brothers: Erfie Walters, Lloyd Walters and Glen Walters; and a sister, Elvie Jo.
Arvin is survived by his loving wife of 65 years, Marlene Walters of the home; a daughter, Debra Milligan and husband Mitch of Branson, Missouri; a grandson, Christopher Milligan and wife Christina of Springfield, Missouri; and a sister, Pauline of Washington.
A memorial service for Arvin Walters, Jr. will be held at 3:00 p.m. Saturday, April 15, 2017, at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses in Branson, Missouri.
