Candy enjoyed being around her family and always tried her best to make others happy and smile. She loved reading and writing poems and songs. Candy had a very big heart. She loved going to church. Candy was so happy about her beloved grandson and loved her baby girl, Brooke, with all her heart. She was a people person always wanting to help everyone and never judging anyone.
She was preceded in death by her father, Danny Lee Bridges.
Candy leaves behind her mother, Patsy Patterson-Atkinson and husband, Charles of Harrison, Arkansas; a loving daughter, Brooke LeeAnn Bridges of Little Rock, Arkansas; one grandson; Zayden Campos of Little Rock, Arkansas; a sister, Crystal Michelle Bridges-Johnson and husband Marshall of Hasty, Arkansas; two brothers, Mark D. Lingo of Miami, Florida, and Kim D. Bridges of Sallisaw, Oklahoma; three nephews, JD, Lincoln, and Colton Johnson. She also leaves behind many aunts, uncles, and cousins who she enjoyed and loved.
A memorial service will be held at Mount Judea Christian Center, Mount Judea, Arkansas on Saturday, August 6, 2016, at 1:00 P.M., officiated by Rev. Gary Johnson and Rev. Wayne Moore.
