A spirited and strong woman, Cathy enjoyed life to the fullest. She was a good cook, adventurous, spicy and funny. Most of all, Cathy was a loving sister, daughter, mother, grandmother and aunt who will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
She was preceded in death by her mother.
Cathy is survived by a daughter, Ivory Scrivens of Hollister; two grandchildren, Addisyn and Asher of Hollister; her dad, Opa; her brother and sisters, Mary Black of Chicago, Teddy Black of Denver, Norma Genne Lentz and husband Ron of Hollister, Annie O’Dell of Hollister and Stacey Flanagan of Hollister; as well as several nieces and nephews.
A private family gathering will be held at a later time. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the A.S.P.C.A. www.aspca.org.
