Clay was a proud stepfather, was loyal to his family and he had a great sense of humor. He enjoyed working on cars, being around his family, having a good time and enjoying a cold Budweiser while he listened to classic rock. Above all, Clay was an overcomer and an over achiever who inspired many people. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a niece, Crystal Sandy Duke.
Clay is survived by his brothers and sisters, David M. Duke of Joplin, Missouri, Wayde Duke and wife Candy of Russiaville, Indiana, Dr. Susan Duke and husband Roger Medeiros of Sedona, Arizona, JD Stevens and wife Kelley of West Plains, Missouri, Becky Stevens and wife Jennifer of Ozark, Missouri; Several nieces and nephews; his longtime partner and friend, Jeana Reed of Flippin, Arkansas and her sons, Mark and Brent; as well as many friends.
A private family gathering will be held at a later time.
