Ken proudly served in the U.S. Navy. He was both a proud Shriner and a Mason. He was an avid deer and turkey hunter, and also enjoyed outdoor grilling. He and his wife, Janet, spent their early retirement years traveling in their motor home. Ken lived in many areas of Missouri including Mexico, Kirksville, Jasper, Kansas City and his final years in Branson.
Ken will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
He is preceded in death by his parents; a sister (Norma) and brother (James), his first wife, Rosemary Wyatt (Jackson) ; his second wife; Janet Wyatt (Gravit); son, Tim Wyatt; grandson, Jimmy Wyatt; granddaughter, Rebecca Wyatt and grandson Christopher Wheeler.
Ken is survived by two daughters, Cindy Bastian and Cathy Bays (and husband Dale); a son, Tom Wyatt (and wife Christy); a sister, Deb Bennett (and husband Mike); stepsons, Bruce & Mel Wheeler and nine grandchildren, Jason & Brent; Jennifer & Joseph; Justin; Jessica & Matthew and Tisha & Dusty; eleven great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Saturday, June 18, 2016 from 2:00-3:00 pm. A celebration and remembrance of life will be held 3:00 pm at Arnold Funeral Home in Mexico, Missouri, with burial to follow at East Lawn Memorial Park. The family requests memorial donations to be made to The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. Arrangements and cremation are under the direction of Cremations of the Ozarks.
