Ross worked as the Captain of the Los Angeles County California Fire Department for 30 years and after retiring to the area, he worked with Lives Under Construction Boys Ranch in Lampe, Missouri. He loved to hunt in Colorado, fishing and the outdoors. Ross has even built a few of his own houses. He had a big heart, loved animals, was always willing to help others and he enjoyed his retirement. Most of all, Ross Willimann loved his family and they loved him.
He was preceded in death by his father; a brother, Roger Willimann; a sister, Cynthia Heim; and an infant grandchild, Samantha Willimann.
Ross is survived by his loving wife of 25 years, Barbara Willimann of the home; his mother, Juanita Willimann; his children, Matthew Willimann, Jennifer Willimann, Kurt Dedmon and Kimberly Dedmon; four grandchildren; and a brother, Ron Willimann and wife Sun.
Services will be held at a later time. Memorial donations in memory of Ross may be made to Haven of the Ozarks Animal Shelter in Washburn, Missouri, or L.U.C. Boys Ranch in Lampe, Missouri.
