Steve proudly served our country in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam Era. After the Navy, he was a deputy sheriff in Hancock County, Iowa, and then began his career at the United States Postal Service where he became postmaster in Juneau, Wisconsin, then moved to Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and was in management at that post office before retiring after 30 years. He was a charter and lifetime member of the Iowa Rock ‘n Roll Music Association. Steve also enjoyed using his Ham Radio (KÆGID) and was a volunteer EMT in Juneau, Wisconsin. After retiring and moving to the Branson area, he was a Branson school bus driver for 10 years. Steve will be dearly missed.
